Perhaps you are tired BECAUSE you are over-doing the work-out. Just be very careful that you don't burn yourself out!!!! Exercise needs to be started small, and worked up into longer/harder work-outs, otherwise you run the risk of not only burning yourself out, but doing yourself harm.
