I started here in Spark on July and until now I have lost 9 kg. I am very happy about my progress! I measure my portions and then track everything in my spark account. I try to drink 8 cups of water daily and I am going for swimming 2-3 times a week and I do strength training at home 2 times per week. So far everything is good..
BUT, I don't know what is wrong with me this week... I eat at night a lot and today I ate fast food
and a cheesecake
I want to loose 7 more kilos. And at the beginning I was thinking how easy it would be to loose them after loosing 9 kilos..I am afraid that I am going to destroy my nutrition program
after putting so much effort. And I am afraid even more the time that I will loose all the extra kilos and I will have to maintain my weight. This is the most difficult part.
I was wondering if I have a lack of motivation? Am I doing an emotional eating? I don't know..
Any advice is welcome
