The last few are the most difficult, as said by others.

You could treat it like maintenance, and work at keeping the same weight for a while, and then kickstart the losing process after a while.

Perhaps you're stressing about it unnecessarily?

(and yes, I'm preaching to myself as well - because my weight has more or less stayed the same for quite a number of months). Ever since I added more exercise (we joined the Y); in fact it has gone up a little. I'm waiting for things to settle (the routine to stick) before I stress (at least I'm trying to do so)

The last few pounds can take the longest to lose! It is hard not to get discouraged, but keep in mind that if you don't keep trying, that kilo and the ones behind it will never permanently go away!

You can do it if you keep up your tracking and good habits!

hi everyone.
I have been on SP for the last 16 months.
I have lost about 15 pounds so far. I did reset my tracker to start afresh.
I thought maybe it will help me.
I was off track July.
But..been on track since August and it has been a month now that I keep gaining and losing the same one kilo.
My official weigh in day is Wednesday.
Last week it was 64.6 kilos. Today (Monday morning) it is 65.6 kilos

I did not any sabotage. I am starting to really feel sad.
What shall I do.
