great answer JERICHO1991. I'm going to remember this and take it on as my new mantra. In the past I've just been saying "look better in clothes." Research shows that that doesn't lead to successful weight loss. Thanks!

I will never forget trying to live life at 335 lbs. It was horrible. I will do my best to stay healthy and fit and a reasonable weight. I have Spark as my lifeline. I also watch "My 600 lb Life" . that motivates me to stay in control. Plus at 73, I don't have time to yo-yo diet. I love my life as it is to lose control. Spark on Tisha

The Spark Tracker keeps me motivated. Every so often, I raise my goal. I average between 27,00 and 32,000 steps a week. For some of you that doesn't sound like a lot but to me it's good. I'm 74 yrs. old and between 2011 and 2014, have had 3 surgeries, and had two hips and two knees replaced. I walk all the time and feel good. Don't feel good if I don't walk.
