Well, I would either just keep on with Week 1, or, if that seems too restricting, keep good records of what you actually eat/do so you can assess your progress when you return.
For me, bottom line is that this is a LIFESTYLE, not a diet. We don't stop living when a trip, a wedding, a tragedy, etc., shows up on the horizon, so learning to eat/exercise well has to be something we do regardless of the blips and bumps. AND it's important to remember this is a process; you will goof--overeat, underexercise, plateau, and gain, as well as lose weight--so it's important to have your goals be process-oriented rather than pound-specific.
