I totally understand your frustration, as I've been there myself. I keep having to remind myself that I did not get overweight in a week, or 10 days, or a few months. It was a long process. Yet for some reason, I seem to expect to lose weight in a very short time frame?
Hmmmmm ... something to think about. We seem to be creatures that expect immediate gratification (guess I should only speak for myself)!! :-)
Also, can't tell from your ticker where you're at and where you've come from weight-wise, so just know that the closer you are to your goal weight (in other words, the fewer pounds you have to lose), the more slowly they come off. If somebody has lots of weight to lose, they will often start off losing 2+ pounds per week, but it always slows down.
Whatever you do, don't give up. It WILL happen if you continue your healthy lifestyle!!
