I have my soon to be mother in law in town and she loved to cook so I am trying to stay on track but it is so hard when you have no control over what is put in your food. I am eating less and portioning so I feel good about that.
Her being here is throwing off my gym time too. I want to be at the gym but I want to spend time with her since I only see her once a year. I have been trying to do more active activities with her so I get exercise in even though it is not a formal work out. I feel good about that too...
Do anyone else have any other suggestion on food and working out while you have guests in your home?
I will be married in Aug. 2014 and be on a honeymoon shortly after in Europe.
