Hi i`m trying to start my own team about taking small steps and setting small goals and reaching them at your own pace with no pressures while encouraging each other along the way and celebrating our accomplishments together. I got my first 20lbs off by setting small goals of 10lbs at a time and now i have set one to lose 10lbs by Oct 1 ,2013.I had a few members join .I`m hoping it will grow into a little group of people striving for small goals and helping and motivating each other as we reach them! If you think you would like to be a part of this team please let me know and i will send you the invitation..hope to hear from you so together we get this team off the ground and get it growing into an active team where we can go to relax and have fun while losing.
