I need a buddy! I'd like someone to be accountable to (and vice versa).
I've got about 40-50 lbs to lose. I'm not new to SparkPeople and other weight-loss sites and programs, but I've never stuck to anything long enough before. I'm doing great now (for a week- ha!) with eating healthy and working out a bit, but I'm afraid of what will happen once I overeat, or just don't feel like tracking, or don't have good food in the house. I want someone to remind me that it's ok, and to just keep going!
I'm 30 and a mom. I like to run (C25K and beyond) and walk. I'd like to start making lots of good choices overall so I can lose weight , while still allowing for all the slip-ups that happen. I want to finally stay on track.
I don't want to give up after the high of starting up wears off. Be my buddy!
