So I am new to Spark & I have been doing alright.. Some days are a struggle but today getting ready for work there were results in just one week. I am so excited I just can't seem to keep it in! I put my favorite jeans on & yupp you know it THEY FIT LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TOO. These jeans don't look like I painted them on..I'm eager to keep moving & start exercising now that I KNOW this is really working for me.. It has been a challenge:) but I'm EXCITED about my progress. skinny jeans here I come.........
