maybe increase the intensity that you work out when you can?? or do some interval training? If you are still losing, I wouldn't sweat it.

All the so called "secrets of success"will not work ... unless you do.

it's about calories in v out as far as weight LOSS is concerned. of course exercise offers a host of other benefits, which you may or may not be getting (since it's not clear how much you're working out). regardless, you have to do what you think is best for you!

Current goal:
- 32 by end of April.

Next goals: -
39 total by end of May.
-46 by end of June.

Healthy choices and actions have positive impacts, even if the scale doesn't move!

Not too long ago I was doing one hour of exercise 6 days a week. Now I barely get to the gym and I do not walk either. I am losing weight. I have cut my exercise down quite a bit so I am assuming I am okay. If anyone feels the need to tell me what is the best thing to do, please feel free to do so.

slowly but surely I will get to where I am going.
