I am 5'2" and 136 pounds. I have already lost 20 pounds I gained while pregnant. My baby is almost 3 and I've been trying to lose the last 10 pounds for over a year now. I will get close then have a bad week and gain it back! Being short, I could have one bad day and gain 5 pounds it seems. My family revolves around food and wine:)! We love to eat and enjoy a glass or two of wine while together. I am also an emotional eater, if I have a bad day I go right to the fridge!:/
I have tried everything from insanity, dukan diet, advocare, to juice cleanses. I'm that girl! I have use to be able to think about losing weight and I would. Getting close to 30 though, things aren't that way:)!
