So, I've managed to lose 24 lbs, nearly half way. Now before anyone says well done, right now I suck.
I went on holiday last week and went off plan. I came back Saturday but here I am on Tuesday still eating like a pig.
The weathers awful, the kids are off school ( 5, 6 and 11 months) so my running has had to go ( am a single mum).
All that hard work for nothing. What the heck is wrong with me?
So here i am, back on the boards, begging for support and help.
