I found running. If I weren't training and going to the gym several times a week, I'd find it easier to drop off on the tracking of food.
Find an activity you like. It doesn't have to be running - cycling, swimming, zumba, yoga, pilates, strength training, elliptical, or pick a sport. Something that makes you get out and move. Then track it here - which forces you to actually log into the site.
And then I figure I might as well fill out what I ate and try to have some conversations or blog while I'm here. And then suddenly I'm finding it easier to stay on track.
