I keep forgetting my goals and mindlessly go back to my old ways. This thread is to keep me focused and motivated. When I am focused I do not need to comfort myself with food.

On Day I did not quit. By saying "no" 3 times to extra calories, I said "Yes" to a healthier body. Although I do not feel like a winner yet, I felt better about myself because I am working at it.
Day 2 - Today, I promise I will not quit.
