I have been stuck at a plateau for longer than I would like to admit here. I need motivational reasons to lose weight. I know I need to lose weight, for example, because I have GERD, and losing inches around the belly reduces that problem. I'm hoping you can give me some insight into the issues that push you to stay on track.
