My most important goal is to stay healthy and mobile and to do this I set up a program to achieve this as long as I am able:
1. Run 3 time per week
2. Strength Training 2 time week
3. Run a 10 km race called a Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day.
4. Most important: cultivate my family and friends.
I did not give timelines or amounts for it is a ongoing, developing goals. It is a base of my existence and this gives me a line to set my priorities in my life.
Each day is a gift, enjoy it.
