I know, I've been through it countless times and each time I think that this will be the time it sticks. I'm just exhausted. I know we all go through it, but why? Lol I still want that pastry. But I'm not going to do it. I know it isn't easy, there is no magic bullet, just need to vent.

I think it is known as the honeymoon being over. :) So now you just have to settle into the mundane and remember what attracted you to being healthier in the first place. We all go through it......

For the past two weeks I've felt strong as an ox, like I could conquer the world and that my habits would forever be changed. Then all of the sudden I just lose it all. I haven't given in, but all I was is a big, yummy pastry or sweet coffee drink. Why does this happen? One day you are totally on top of your game, the next you just want to crumple up and give in.
