There's a new webapp for goal tracking called Lift :
I was looking for something more than spark people to track a variety of goals, including days that I stick to my diet, days that I exercise, and days that I consume my target amount of fruits and vegetables. And I was looking for something that helps me visualize this data over time. Lift seems to fit the bill.
Have you used any goal tracking apps like this and are there any you recommend?
