I need some ideas for weight loss rewards. I know I want something tangible that will last (so a massage won't do much for me).
Right now, I have a system where I get a sticker if I reach 100% of my goals on a given day. My current goals have been simplified: 10,000 steps a day, complete my workout (28 day bootcamp or a 2 mile walk on cross training days now, in a couple weeks it will be Body Revolution), track my food, and stay in my ranges (or under).
I also get a sticker for every 5 pound loss, but I want the focus to be on habits. I figure needing to buy new clothes is a natural reward for weight loss.
Every 25 stars, I get a small prize valued at $15 or less (including shipping for items ordered online) and for every 100, I can get a larger prize.
I have earned my first 25 stickers, but I have no clue what I want to get as a reward. There are no kindle books, apps, or song I REALLY want to download, and buying a new shirt isn't much of a reward since I have to get new clothes regardless.
