Peel a banana and then freeze it (I wrap mine in plastic wrap first). Once it's frozen you can just eat it as-is (they don't freeze "rock hard"), or if you have a food processor you can cut it into chunks and then pulse it til it's relatively smooth. Low cal low fat cold treat. Tastes like banana ice cream.
How about some frozen berries? Whole strawberries do freeze pretty hard but you can sit some out to partially thaw. I buy bags of frozen fruit (just be sure to get the "no sugar added" kind) when they're on sale. I like partially-thawed peaches for a snack.
