When we're tired, it's sometimes hard to start an exercise program. HOWEVER, as crazy as it sounds, after just a few days, you'll likely start to feel significantly less tired and have more energy than you do now, not exercising. That alone is enough to get me to the park/gym/outside/etc. on days I feel less than enthusiastic about working out.
Also, just as an aside, try to add in some strength training. Many times, ST will help you lose inches, and it ups your metabolism (because muscle requires more calories to maintain than fat), which boosts your overall calorie burn. ST isn't as easy as cardio for me, but my relationship with it has quickly gone from "hate" to "love-hate" because as frustrating as it is at times, I love what it does to my body.
