1 year ago, I reached my final goal of 180 pounds. I started at 319 Jan 2012, July 8th 2012 I would reach 180.
I not only can say Ive maintained it, but I went BEYOND it as well. My weight today is 164, I actually reached that by latter half of 2012.
I still eat mostly what I did when losing the weight, I do treat myself to a hoagie once, sometimes twice a week.
But some stuff I still haven't touched since before Jan 2012, like soda, juice, iced tea (I only will drink water, unless its fat free milk in cereal), hot pockets, and such.
