I set up a small glass jar in my home office that I put quarters into for healthy behaviors, such as exercise, tracking my food, staying in calorie range taking all my supplements, even making my bed and putting on makeup. and anything else that happens on a daily basis that I feel good about. for example, not caving into when the kids order pizza. its a visual reminder to me that I AM doing things that are good for me.
every 15 mins of exercise gets a quarter, if I do exercise other than walking with friends (my favorite) I get an extra quarter.
All the so called "secrets of success"will not work ... unless you do.
