look through some of the exercises they have on SP or youtube. Youtube has tons of kettlebell routines.
Personally, i would not follow the slimfast plan. I don't follow SP either since they don't really have a diet plan for the way I eat, but I know that it works for many of the members on here. I don't follow the GOVT plate. I rarely if ever eat cooked food. So you can see that the plans here wouldn't work for me.
What does SP say on your calorie count, etc? Turn on the meal plans to get an idea. You don't have to follow them to the letter. You can always substitute items.
I don't think the walking sticks could be counted as strength training. The elliptical is pretty much cardio. With the bands you can get a loop from a sporting good store and put it in your door. I do pull ups, banded punches, and lots of other exercises. You can also use it to stretch. Again SP and Youtube will have options.
