I think we ALL have the same experience! Weight loss isn't a linear experience, and you'll be hard pressed to find a single person whose graph only trends downwards (unless they're only weighing once a month or something).
Water retention from exercising, hormones, sodium, food that is still digesting, drinking water right before weighing in can all affect your weight, and it doesn't mean that you did anything "wrong" - it just means our bodies aren't a static being and have a million little things affecting it through out the day or week. Do you track other measurements? You may find that even when the scale isn't cooperating, you may be losing inches.
Keep on with it - don't let the scale dishearten you!
Do something everyday that your future self will thank you for.
