Feel more happier today! For cutting down alcohol! We went for my exercise walk yesterday evening & husband benefit cash paid so I said Can we go for a longer walk? Ok he said so off we went on a longer walk which takes you if you go that way to the meal place where the is a bar. I said Imagain you having (me) having 1 treat for walking to the end of the pub 1 glass Lager! mmm that's a good idea husband said so we went & I said how much is a small red wine? er something so I had 1 half lager instead so husband could get a drink. My husband only had half as well but a different drink. I then sat outside husband wanted to. I can't I have another 1? oh wait for it DIET COKE? thought! Erm I've not brought all my cash out. Not brought card out. Then we went back home I said home corner shop might be open! nah proberbly shut but it wasn't! just in time! no money in cash machine. my husband had £2.+ so I said can I have 1 small wine? So I did & Had a glass when got home! Was Happy with JUST 1! & Glad I have NOT got a little hangover! Isaid to my husband is it allright having this in week? He said yes it is if you have loads! emoticon! Dough! Me! HA! & I don't want fancy wine/lager tonight! As the hunger could seep through! Was very small hungary yesterday BED EARLY! I had my snacks so said have them & see! I could of fitted another bag of quavers in but did not need to.

I have Stuck it out since Last Thursday! & My husband goes to a disabled group every Monday night! Where they do games for the kids! Husband is a voulanteer! he said what do you want from the chippy on the way home? Do you want anything? Erm oh I replied oh yer maybe I could fit it into my SP! I DID!! & IT FITTED IN!! 1 Fishcake no salt. 1 Small Tub Peas! & other snacks I have in evening! have been having! Special K double milk chocolate/weight watchers/hot chocolate/Quavers/Skips!

I'm proud that even facing a fifteen hour work day I'm taking small steps to be a little bit more fit than I was yesterday. I'm standing all day, no sitting. It might not be much but its something I can do while I'm at work and it's better than sitting on my butt for fifteen hours! Unfortunately I can't stand through my whole shift at my second job, but I'm going to drink lots of water and move as much as possible.

Exercised before shopping with the girls. No snacking or meals while out. Ordered salmon instead of steak at dinner with asparagus and salad with very little light ranch. Had some of the appetizer my hubby ordered but much less than half and less than I have in the past. Water, no soda.

I went the extra mile and squeezed in a 10 minute walk after an appointment instead of zoning out on my iPhone If this becomes normal for me to do, imagine overtime the benefits I can accumulate to reach my goal. I am proud of having taken this initiative. Why not?!

Despite a 3 day power outage in 100 degree weather, I walked very, very early in the morning. What else was there to do? I also chose salads everywhere we ate. Since all of our food spoiled we had to eat out every meal. The challenge was good for us to let us know we can make good choices even in the face of tough conditions.

I am really proud of my exercising. I did it consistently throughout the day. 200 jumping jacks, 5 minutes of jumping rope, 15 mins of stair climbing, and a 1.5 mile walk. Bonus: my legs looked great in my workout pants. Strong and shapely!

I am proud that I am 8/10 of a pound away from the SP goal of 60 pounds. I have until Christmas to actually hit the goal, but I THINK I can get it done before then emoticon so I should be down even more by Christmas!
