I agree with Dashkath - the biggest obstacle is excuses. Sometimes I get up in the morning and workout - and if I have myself full of excuses and don't do it in the morning - you bet your shrinking butt that I do it at night.
We all have a million reasons why we are too busy - but think of all the reasons that you need/want to workout and shed pounds and you will realize making the time is so worth it! Just 20 minutes a day helps - whether it's walking your dog, swimming with your kids, popping in a workout video instead of watching tv, or crunches after you put the kids into bed - it's worth it.
If you're like me - working out gives me more energy so my days have seemed to lengthen. My workouts have lengthened and intensified with my days!
