Change your thinking. Junk food is not a treat, it is not a reward. Junk food is junk food and it fits in your diet, but it is not a treat and it is not a reward. It is what it is and yes it is ok to have junk food on a regular basis. Just make it fit in your diet in a manner that you can live with comfortably.
