I'm so sorry you're getting so frustrated about it. Article after article talks about hitting plateaus and hanging tough, sticking to the programs, and being patient.
I'm not very patient. I take it you aren't either.
The first thing is: are you really tracking your food. People most often misjudge how much is crossing their lips. If you aren't using the food tracker, I encourage you to do so. It can be very eye opening.
2nd: are you measuring your food? Most people aren't accurate when trying to eyeball their portion sizes. You may be loading up on calories in this manner.
Have you taken a look at the chair based SP exercise videos? Maybe you can incorporate some of those moves while you're watching TV or whatever.
