Seeing a doctor is an important first step - healthy eating, exercise, and positive affirmations are all things that can help whether it is a temporary situation (a bad day) or a more serious situation - they don't HURT regardless, but it is important to look into the cause especially if it is a longer lasting phenomenon. Finding other moms who share your situation can help. Sharing some of the emotions, fears, challenges of new motherhood can really make it seem less overwhelming. Finding a more experienced mom who has "been there, done that" who can help guide you - sometimes admitting to our own moms or mils is hard but talking to a friend is less difficult. There is help out there and you probably will find some if you allow them to help you. Maybe even joining a Mommy and Me exercise class that is for new mothers and their babies would connect you to a group of new moms who could share ideas and tips with you.
With love and caring from Nancy ... wishing all of you a wonderful, blessed, and precious day.
