Make time. I get it; with twokids myself, it's easy to get busy.
Look at your exercise and eating not as yet another thing to do,but a way of taking care of yourself. A 20 minute walk will give you time to decompress and relax, gather your thoughts, and face the day. You can even use it to organize your thoughts on planning.
Here's something I read in Self Magazine today.
Think about brushing your teeth. Do you stress over how you're going to fit brushing your teeth in, even when you're late? No, you have to do it for good health, so you do it.
Exercise is no different. You have time to find 10 minutes to exercise. Just make it a priority. I guarantee your daughter's graduation party won't be any the worse for it, and just might be better, since your brain will function better on exercise.
