I've been doing great with both exercise and nutrition until the last few days. Back and joint pain is always an issue, but I've been able to keep it from getting too bad to exercise by doing special back exercises that keep the pain manageable. But the last few days have been so bad, I've not been able to exercise, and I find myself overeating at the same time. Bad combination! I don't want to gain back the weight I have already lost. I want to keep on losing. I think the over-eating is from frustration, but I don't know how to overcome it while I'm feeling so bad. Any suggestions?
