As the PP said, it depends on the kind of "ill". Fever- i don't exercise. a cold- I exercise. I also exercise through PMS and mine can get bad (but chiro helps big time on that too).
I agree that your body needs to heal and if it is just "not feeling well" vs. a fever, vomiting, or diarreah, you will have to be the judge.
