Cheating implies there's a way to do it wrong, which there's not! The beauty of this program is this isn't a diet; there is nothing you CAN'T have. As long as you track it, eat it in moderation, you don't have to be perfect, and it's not cheating at all to have something you want and enjoy. Perfection (and trying to reach it) is not necessary, and leads to failure in the long run. As long as you're doing great 80-90% of the time, enjoy what you enjoy in moderation. :)
