Suppressed behaviors and feelings have a way of squirting out sideways, if you will. I think it's fine to eat bad stuff every so often - it's psychologically important to develop ways to deal with urges and cravings. Total denial can be asking for trouble.

Cheating implies there's a way to do it wrong, which there's not! The beauty of this program is this isn't a diet; there is nothing you CAN'T have. As long as you track it, eat it in moderation, you don't have to be perfect, and it's not cheating at all to have something you want and enjoy. Perfection (and trying to reach it) is not necessary, and leads to failure in the long run. As long as you're doing great 80-90% of the time, enjoy what you enjoy in moderation. :)

So ive been doing amazing with my clean eating and working out. No cheating just keeping it going. I actually feel great :). I have made the decision to not weigh or measure myself 'till my birthday June 1st. Today I had my healthy breakfast and snack. For lunch however I will cheat and have what ive been craving for months; menudo! Of course I will not over do it and later today my intense cardio and training. Idk about y'all but I'm having a great Sunday! :)
