I already have a reward system in place for sticking with my workout plan. Every 25 days I give myself a prize (a new movie, cookbook, get my eyebrows done, etc). I like to reward consistency not poundage lost. (107 days in a row - so I think it's a good plan!)
Anyway, now I am trying to add the focus on the food side of things. I hate tracking food, and struggle with it... so I plan on giving myself a reward for ever day I track all my food. At this point I don't care if I'm over my cal range or even that I do it every day. I just need to get into the habit of DOING IT. Losing weight and being healthy are not good enough motivators for me. I need prizes. ;)
So with that in mind, I'd like to give myself a small reward for every 10 days, but I'd like the reward to build on its self.... Like the idea of a charm bracelet - except I can't wear one at work. :( (or charm necklace or anklet.)
Money isnt a motivator for me, so saving up for something is out. I've read the reward articles and their ideas are things that would fall into my 25days prizes.
