Educating myself about the foods I eat has really helped me. I am now a member of the "Clean Eating" group.
My journey has been slow as I am not on "a diet" I am changing my life from the inside out. It has taken me 6 months to lose 20 pounds and that is ok because I am learning healthy habits that will sustain me.
I visit Spark Coach everyday which also keeps me focused and motivated and encourages me to write down my thoughts and feelings.
I'm not losing weight...I'm getting rid of it! I have not intention of finding it again!
