I'm having a heck of a time staying motivated. My tank seems to be on empty. The problem is I'm a Zumba instructor so its my job to motivate others 4 times a week! I think my big issue is that I have nothing to work towards. Other people I know stay motivated my competing in bodybuilding competitions or training for marathons and I have no fitness goals to strive for. While I would LOVE to compete in bodybuilding its just not something I have the time or money to do. Any ideas on things that can keep me on task? Ive thrown my scales away because the "weight" thing was turning me into a total mess. I'm not by any means fat to the normal population, I've always been fat in my own thinking but I'd love to stop worrying about my weight. Being fit and doing Zumba 5 times a week makes it difficult for me to lose weight by simply doing that anymore.
Anyway I'm getting off task, I need a "prize" to keep my eye on. Smaller swimsuit? I've thought about purchasing a boudoir photo shoot so that I had something to be skinnier and toner for, I'm just not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
