I know how it is to stress out believe me...
Its the gym and work outs that really help relieve them..but yes, the gym can be long and boring sometimes and when I don't feel like going, I don't.. I just channel my work outs to different things like spending time for walks on the rivers, I love hiking so I will hit the trails, I get my canoe out and spend time on the lake.. its good to do different things, just do them and move and keep moving..
Also find something you always wanted to learn but never did.. or a hobby you wanted to get into but never did.. or if you loved a past hobby and quit.. restart..
By occupying time with family and friends and also praying .. I just came to the realization that stress is just a life's stepping stone and a learning experience adventure.. its life to be lived and somewhere we live with fear or some sort of not wanting changes..its wanting to live and see, touch things through your own eyes and not through others explaining how it was or is.. I want to see and do for me now.. Changing bad habits takes a few weeks and 6 weeks to learn a new habit.. its all time and time based never an overnight thing
Just remember this too shall pass and you will make through it.. whats the worse thing that can happen.. worries and stressors are just things that have not happened yet. Its where I found myself hiding from myself and within food..
