Isn't it fun when you find something that tastes good and also fits into your plan? I love those and you don't have to feel guilty even if you choose a REGULAR brownie - but you should DEFINITELY enjoy whatever you choose as a treat. I really like those 90 calorie treats though because they fit in so easily.
