In 10 weeks with SparkPeople I've lost 15 pounds. I've hit my goal and at 5'6'' I have a healthy BMI of 23.1 and (I think) healthy measurements of 36-28-40.
But now I can't decide if I should set a lower goal weight. I feel good at this size, but I'm worried that by switching into maintenance mode and having my calorie range jump up to 1810-2160, I'll gain weight.
What did/are you planning to do when you hit your goal weight? Set a new goal or use maintenance calorie range to maintain? Or something else?
