That you haven't yet is because you haven't made the choice to stop.
Figure out WHY you are eating, and start changing that response. And ditch the negative "I can't" language. It's self-defeating! Start instead with "I can."

1) Choose healthier snacks
2) Go for a walk
3) Knit something
4) Post on Sparkpeople
Your list is yours. Figure out what you can do, and stop telling yourself what you can't do.
