When I log on to Spark it brings up my Start page but honestly I'm there just a couple seconds or so before clicking onto something else; I rarely pay any attention at all to the Tracker info or pounds lost on my Start page.
I can remember being really disgusted with the Fitness Tracker though; it would say "You have cardio scheduled for today !" and I hated to exercise and that exclamation point, like this is something exciting or whatever-- really turned me off. But I quickly learned to just ignore it and now I don't notice if it says anything or not. I know what my plan is (which days are cardio, strength etc) and just do it.
