Oh my gosh, I totally know what you are feeling. 6 months ago, I looked at all the work I had to do and was like "HOW AM I GOING TO DO ALL THIS?!" I knew I had to make changes, but was so overwhelmed and felt terrible (headaches, feeling unsatisfied, all that!) when I would try and make them all at once, so I would just go back to the bad habits. Just remember, these are lifestyle changes we're making, so go slowly. Change things little by little and it will make a BIG impact. If you're cutting out soda (great job!), you may want to drink something that replaces a little of that caffeine. Cold-turkey can be so miserable! I went from soda to coffee (with a little honey), an from coffee to green tea. I still drink caffeine daily, but heck, it's green tea..
Make sure you're tracking your food on here too, because we need to make sure we're getting ENOUGH calories if we're going to be successful in our journey. I know when I first started, I would eat too little, which made me miserable. Tracking my food really made that difference for me.
