I agree with other posts, the best motivation you will have is the feeling within yourself of wanting to change. However, a little trick for me whenever i wanna give up or eat something bad is going to tumblr and searching the word "fitness." It has a ton of inspirational quotes and fitness pictures. Its small but it helps me when im having a bad moment. Good Luck!

"I did really well in August of last year, but that was it. I dropped 28 lbs then, alone." So, the way I see it, you don't REALLY need someone else to kick you in the "patoot." In fact you do have the strength to make yourself get up and move. If you want to feel confident and pretty, say to yourself, "I'm confident and pretty." Believe those words. Say them again and again. I can see your photo. I can see that you ARE pretty. So, that one isn't going to be too hard. Believing in your own strength will bring your sense of confidence back. You ARE strong enough to do this!

Get a group that you can be accountable to. Work, Church, Social Group? Pick a group that you can approach to keep you accountable. Post your week by week weigh-in and exercise minutes on facebook, pinterest or some other social group and give licence for your contacts to keep you accountable. Find an ACTIVE Spark Team that will spur you on. SparkPeople has lots of suggestions for motivation. Posters, personal notes on your fridge and mirror. Find what works for you. What motivation do you have that is greater than your desire to eat too much and veg? Remember, it is ultimately YOU that needs to motivate YOU. Good luck finding your motivation

Get up and do something now. A 10 minute SP video, a quick walk, get a piece of fruit with some water, do something to get in a better frame of mind. You have done so well, you ca keep doing well in spite of a down moment. Check out my blog from last week. I've been really frustrated lately and then I had a good moment and it really inspired me to keep going. I'm having a down day so I retread my blog to remember that moment from last week. I'm going to do some SP videos now to get me going. Lets do this! www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_ individual.asp?blog_id=5271205

YOU CAN DO IT!!!! It sounds to me like you have the internal motivation and if you take it day by day, step by step, you can persevere. These message boards are really helpful for some external motivation. Just a suggestion --- if you give your fiancé specific ways he can help (or things you don't want him to do), I think he can be a good support for you. Weight issues are tricky with our significant others. I know my husband is leery about answering questions about whether or not I have lost weight, knowing that he can easily offend me. I'm sure your financé really cares about your happiness, so if this is important to you, I think you can get him on board. It sounds like a big goal to do the 90-day Beach Body Challenge. Remember to recognize that this is a life-long journey --- not just 90 days. I have to remind myself of that every day. When I get to a weight that I am happy about, or when I think I am "finished," I quickly remember that I am never finished. Fitness and healthy eating have to be part of our every day life. There is my 2 cents. For what it is worth...... I have confidence in your efforts and I really hope you can accomplish your goals! Last year I lost my "baby weight" and my "baby" was 6 years old! So, good luck!
