Congrats on your upcoming graduation!

Unfortunately, event-based weight loss goals are rarely successful. Your best bet is to set a good 2lb/week weight loss goal between now and then (which is safe for your size based on your ticker) and aim to be as healthy as you can. Understand that you won't lose half your body weight by then, but you can look and feel so much better.

Start tracking your nutrition; knowing what you're eating and when is the most powerful tool you have, and all the exercise in the world won't help you if you aren't eating a balanced, reasonable diet with restricted calorie intake.

You can do this!

Best wishes on your graduation.
However, don't stress yourself out further by making unreasonable demands.
Your graduation day is a day of celebration - regardless of how you look to yourself. Make it one to remember in other ways if you don't reach the goal you have set for yourself.

It's not a temporary fix. It's a lifestyle of getting and keeping healthy that makes a difference.

Ok so I was doing so good then got sidetracked but I am back on this again....I need to lose weight for my graduation. May 17 I will graduate from Joliet Junior College and in August I wll be atteding Illinois State University. I want to look amazing and be healthy. I am starting to take Self defense classes at my school and going to start walking more. Now that the weather will be getting nicer I know I will be walking more. I have had some pop lately but not nearly as much as I use to. I am a college student that works part time, and barley sees her boyfriend and is very stressed all the time....I know I can do this with the help of friends and family.....Lets Go!!!!!!!!
