Recently I've been popping awake at 6:30 and can't get back to sleep. This morning was no different. I did hang around in bed til 7 but then got up before my husband and we were out the door earlier than any other day this week! I guess I should start following my instincts and getting up earlier.

That is exactly how I have been feeling too. I made the big decision to get a sleep study tomorrow to rule out sleep apnea and do more exercise ....I know there are more changes I need to make. I don't like waking up tired.... blah.. jsh
