After taking a break for a few months (on the diet as well), I've realized how much I missed all of this. With work being so hectic right now, I need to make sure that I have something steady to keep my stress level (and therefore eating!) down to healthier levels. Hopefully I don't give up on the diet this time. I've gained back 10 of the 26 lbs I lost....So, more healthy snacks, less junk, more water, less Pepsi, and definitely more ME time to keep the stress down. Wish me luck!
