Hello!

I have lost 16lbs since January 4th, I have lost a total of 4 inches all around (not complaining about that!). All my clothes fit the same, I feel great about the weight loss but would just love to actually "see" it too if that makes sense. I am 167lbs and 5'3". I do 30 mins of cardio 4-5x a week and the slim in 6 DVD series 5 days a week for 50mins (incorporates cardio and strength with resistance bands). I eat healthy and stay within my caloric range (1200-1500).

im not losing motivation, just want to not only feel my results but see them...loss of inches would be great along with the numbers on the scale emoticon
