Some people may not see a change on the scale for about 6 weeks, even if you are doing everything right. Are you also taking measurements? If not, I would recommend doing so because while the scale may not show any changes, your measurements may actually be changing as you lose fat and gain muscle. Muscle takes up less space than fat, so your clothes should start fitting better, but the scale may not reflect that change. I know it can be frustrating, but do your best to continue with your healthy habits and you will see positive changes.
